The kits include maps, field guides, brochures, and informational resources to help you find the perfect adventure!
The Gunnison River plays a vital role in western Colorado’s topography, history, and economy. Within an hour’s drive from Delta, you can experience the stunning depths of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park or reach premier fly fishing destinations in Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area. This kit also contains a map of the broader Gunnison River Basin, which includes highlights like Curecanti National Recreation Area and Blue Mesa Reservoir; Owl Creek Pass, the Uncompahgre Wilderness, and Silver Jack Reservoir; Powderhorn Wilderness; and the Hartman Rocks Recreation Area.
