Delta County Libraries requires library cards to be renewed regularly so that we can ensure we have your most up-to-date information for our users. We do need to connect with you and we appreciate you completing this form with your current details. This information is used solely by Delta County Libraries. We will email you with your new expiration date as soon as staff are able to process the request.

PLEASE NOTE: this application does not renew individual items that you have checked out on your library card.
