When Seth and Chelsea Weber’s daughter was three years old, she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Knowing that time was fleeting, they embarked on a journey along the Pacific coast, searching for the perfect beaches for making sandcastles—Jubilee’s favorite pastime.
