Welcome to the Literacy Program at the Delta County Libraries.
In cooperation with various community partners such as the
Department of Health and Human Services and the Delta County
School District, we serve adults and families with a wide range of literacy needs. We provide small-group instruction in the following areas: English as a Second Language (ESL); Literacy Skills;
GED and Pre-GED; Basic Computers; and Job Skills/Life Skills.
